1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our partnered fulfillment centers in the U.S. and overseas. We always choose the fastest route available to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Shipping typically takes 7β15 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered. Some specialty or high-demand items may take slightly longer. Youβll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, weβll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can click the link anytime to see real-time updates on your shipment.
4. What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, the order may already be in processing and canβt be changed.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes β we offer free shipping on orders over $30Β (after discounts). Orders under that amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.
